Shannon Leveille, BCBA

Shannon Leveille has over 18 years of experience working with children and families. She began her career as a mental health therapist where she worked to help preserve and reunite families for 11 years. When working at a school as a behavior specialist, she met her first child with autism and became dedicated to learning how to assist and support those on the spectrum and their families. She began the process to obtain her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis in Michigan where she worked at Autism Connections Program at Judson Center. There, she assisted in starting their ABA program by first providing behavior consultations to children and their families and then by working with the children in an intensive clinic based program.

She relocated to Florida where she continued to expand her workings with children on the spectrum in the clinic setting and then in the school setting again. Shannon also worked with The Arc Tampa Bay where she provided behavior analysis services to adults in residential homes. Her passion lies with working with parents to teach them how to effectively implement behavior interventions. Shannon passionately believes in the practices of ABA and is eager to teach parents and other caregivers as to how much ABA can change the lives of those on the Autism Spectrum. She uses humor, compassion and patience to assist families with the challenges that having a child on the Autism Spectrum can bring.
